'Polarity to Coalescence'- Expected Refinements for Final Exhibition 'Ultra Artus', May 2025
- Building a better skeleton for the spirals to make them sturdier and more consistent in thickness by compressing the chicken wire more
- Using feathers and stones to create additional contrast in the weight and texture of each spiral, and enhancing the underlying themes of 'creation as a natural process' by using materials found in nature
-Combining the materials more efficiently in the triquetra section and refining the way I use the symbol within my piece without weakening its symbolism
-Separating the helixes with something that doesn't take away from the piece visually- if i attach it to the ceiling and allow its bottom to touch the base I can control the position and negative space between the spirals better
- Using a turntable to spin the piece to improve the visual aesthetic by hiding away cables and giving me the opportunity to utilise the horizontal floor space, as well as giving me more control over the speed of the rotation.
-Utilising the base that spins the piece as a part of the work, by making it represent the first step in creation: the undifferentiated infinite.
